Tied For Last

Second band of a three band night.

This was our second show at The Orange Bear, and it's quickly becoming one of our favorite places to play. It's a shame that more people don't venture below Houston for good music.

The band scheduled the gig as our "Holloween Show," and acted accordingly. We all dressed in costume, and gave out candy from the stage. Geller was a priest, I was a surgeon and Tom wore a tiara. Lally was a pirate/knight/superhero(?) and he looked awesome.

Our friends (Rev.) Caroline, Maggie and Bob also came dressed up as "a dirty nurse," "SuperMaggie," and "a creepy guy with makeup" respectively.

The set was fun and went well, but I broke a string which caused a bit of trouble, and required us to drop "Stay Up and Talk to Me" from the set. I've decided that I'll be bringing a backup guitar from now on.

We got a great response from the crowd - including those that were there to see the first band (never quite got their name).

Debuted one new song ("Lead You On") which went over well.
