Tied For Last

First band of a 4-band night.

Bands preceded a wet t-shirt contest.

We played well - looser than at our first gig the preceding Tuesday at Kenny's (in a good way). But our sound was inadvertently sabotaged by an inept sound guy. Way too much reverb and midrange = feedback for half the set.

The crowd who were there to see us seemed to dig it, but the setup in the bar made it so that we were separated from the audience. That was pretty weird.

The rest of the bands were nu metal, so we cut out shortly after playing, and missed the wet t-shirt contest entirely - much to our combined chagrin.
