Tied For Last

First “official” gig.

Last band of the night.

We had a really good showing for a Tuesday night at Kenny's, but it was our debut gig, so I'd have been disappointed if no one showed.

We played well, with only a few minor nervous errors, but we didn't have a lot of onstage movement (definitely opening night jitters). The songs went over real well considering they were all brand new to everyone in the audience. All in all, the set was strong and well-received, and the sound was outstanding.

We played our whole set and were even given an “encore.”

Hashed through Everclear's "Santa Monica" (the encore) which damn near fell apart, but was saved going into the second verse.

Lally displayed his wonderful dancing ability for the first time.

The set was videotaped from the board, and got pretty good sound for a vhs tape. Our initial demo cd and MP3’s were taken from the videotape.
