Second band of a four band night.

We had received two feet of snow over the past two days, so we weren't even sure if the place was going to be open. It was, and so we went.

Lally's good friend John Aita (from Pipedream) plays bass in a new band - Epic, and they went on right before us. They put on a good set, and it's always nice playing with friends.

Major thanks to our very small number of friends who came out to see us. Due to the crappy weather, we weren't surprised that we brought almost no people. What was unexpected, is that the place was otherwise pretty full by the time we hit the stage.

It was damn hot on that stage, but we played a good show. We seemed to win over a good bit of the audience as well, catching big applause on most songs, and getting a good amount of people for the mailing list.

What was very odd, is that starting a little bit with Got No Life, and then continuing through the last two songs (P&L and Take Janine Away), we seemed to lose the audience. I'm not one for calling attention to things that might make us look bad, but it was actually pretty funny to finish a song (P&L) in a near packed room and hear almost no applause. We took it in stride though, played through, and had a damn good time anyway.
